Recording, reminders and family access — done properly

We don't autofill logins, and we never take custody of your assets. We simply keep a clear record of which digital assets you hold, roughly what they're worth and how they should be handled — and make sure the right person is reminded at the right time.

01

Just describe it

Say what you own in everyday language and it's parsed into a structured asset card. If something's missing we'll ask; anything you don't mention stays blank — we never make it up for you.

02

16 asset templates

From bank accounts and recurring charges to domains, cloud resources, crypto and end-of-life matters — start from a checklist you can tick off or fill in, instead of a blank page.

03

Subscription and renewal reminders

Track the amount, the billing cycle and the next charge date, and get a reminder before it's due. If you go quiet for a long time, we'll also remind your family to step in.

04

Four permission tiers

Overview, inventory, sensitive details, and visible only after a reminder. Each asset can be tightened or opened up on its own — you always decide who sees what.

05

Family portal

Your family uses a separate portal to view only what you've shared. They can't see anything outside that scope, and never see full phone numbers or email addresses.

06

Export and retention

Export your inventory and take it with you. Data is encrypted at rest by default, and phone numbers, emails and the like are always masked on display.

Permissions

You decide what your family can see

The four tiers get progressively stricter, and an asset's own declaration is the ceiling — even with a higher permission, anything beyond what the asset declares stays hidden.
