Written while there's still time

Don't take your digital assets with you.
When you're gone, leave them to the people you love and trust most.

Family digital-asset ledger · For the people you trust most · My Last Secret

I've written the last of my secrets here: bank accounts, insurance policies, stocks, money a friend owes me, and the subscriptions that renew without asking. When I'm gone, open it and you'll know what I left, roughly what it's worth, and where to look.

To be clear: we never take custody of anything, and we never move it for you. Whether to record a password is your call — anything you record is stored encrypted, and only the family members you authorise can see it.

01

Your family can find them — and understand them

A bank account, some stocks, a life policy, money a friend owes you, a subscription — write them down and your family knows they exist, roughly what they're worth, and where to look.

02

Add one in a sentence

No long forms. Just say you have a card with your main bank, a life policy and money you lent a friend — it becomes structured asset cards you confirm before anything is saved.

03

No more silent charges

Auto-renewals keep charging whether or not you're around. Log the subscriptions, amounts and billing dates; get reminded before they renew, and your family gets a nudge if you go quiet for a long time.

How it works

From a single sentence to a list your family understands

  1. 01

    Just say it

Open the add-by-a-sentence box and describe what you hold the way you'd say it out loud: bank accounts, policies, brokerage accounts, money you've lent out.

  2. 02

    Parsed into cards

It breaks that into structured asset cards, listing the provider, category and amount one by one — and asks you about whatever is missing.

  3. 03

    Nothing saved until you confirm

The AI only parses; it never writes to your ledger. Every line is saved only after you confirm it item by item, and anything you didn't say stays blank — nothing is invented for you.

  4. 04

They only see it when the time comes

Until then your family knows nothing. Only if we can't reach you for a long time do we contact the emergency contact you left, and hand over the list and the notes.

Silent by default

Write it down quietly — nobody is bothered

Your family knows nothing while you record. We only get in touch if you really are gone and we can no longer reach you.

  • Nothing is sent while you record: no invitations, no sign-ups, no accounts for them.
  • We only reach out to the emergency contact you left, and only when we can't reach you for a long time.
  • So it never becomes a burden — no time taken from them, and nothing to alarm anyone early.

Privacy

Our privacy promise

  • We never collect passwords, private keys or seed phrases in chat; passwords go through encrypted entry, while private keys and seed phrases are kept only as a pointer to where they are stored.
  • Phone numbers and emails are masked by default.
  • Sensitive details are stored encrypted, and every view leaves an audit record.
  • Chat transcripts are not retained by default; you can switch retention on yourself.
  • Family members only ever see what you explicitly share, at the level you set.
  • If you're inactive for a long time we only notify your family — we never unseal sensitive details automatically.

Why we charge

A single one-off payment of $299 covers the cost of keeping this maintained for the long run: servers and encrypted storage, AI parsing, notifications and the scheduled reminder jobs. Any single asset lost simply because nobody knew about it costs far more than that — spare your family one wasted trip or one lost account and it has paid for itself.

For the long run

We intend to keep this running

We know what you're really asking: if this site ever shuts down, what becomes of what I wrote? So we set ourselves a rule — for every 100 users who join, we renew the domain and the servers for one more year. 100 users = 1 year; at 10,000 users, that's 100 years. Not a reassurance — arithmetic you can check.

Write them down now; let reminders handle the rest

Your first records take about three minutes to set up. We're invite-only for now — invited users join free.
